Zarea, with its old tradition on the sparkling wines market in Romania – almost 100 years – is the only national company that has the capacity of producing sparkling wines using all of the existing technology:

  • Bottle fermentation sparkling wine – traditional method also known as "Champenoise"
  • Tank fermentation sparkling wine – the "Charmat" method"
  • Fruit-flavored sparkling wine – the only method to obtain this type of sparkling wine is by CO2 addition
  • Sparkling wines using Asti method
